Anna Laghezza

Anna Laghezza trained at the School of American Ballet. She has performed with Boston Ballet II, Miami City Ballet, Lar Lubovitch Dance Company, James Sewell Ballet, Connecticut Ballet, and Minnesota Dance Theatre. Anna currently performs with the Metropolitan Opera Ballet and BalletNY. She has performed much of the Balanchine repertoire, as well as principal roles in ballets by Antony Tudor, Lar Lubovitch, and Loyce Houlton. She has originated roles in ballets by James Sewell, Lise Houlton, Dwight Rhoden, Christopher Wheeldon, and others. Anna has taught at Minnesota Dance Theatre School, Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, and Studio Maestro, and continues to teach at The Ballet Class.
