Boys Program
Boys dance too.
RBC offers a beginner boys only class on Friday afternoons that focuses on athleticism, moving through space and basic foundational ballet steps. This class is targeted towards younger boys between the ages of 5-8. It is a great introduction to ballet and will improve all aspects of athletic performance, including coordination, strength, balance and mental focus, and can supplement other sports commitments. No audition required.
The boys class may be taken in a white t-shirt, black athletic pants or shorts, tight-fitting ankle socks, and black ballet shoes. Please email info@ryeballet.com with any questions.
More advanced boys, or boys outside of this age range who wish to begin or further their dance education, are encouraged to enroll in our co-ed Conservatory Program. The Required Uniform for boys who join our Conservatory Program is:
Shirt: White T-shirt
Pants: Black Footed Pants
Ballet Shoe: Black Split Sole Shoes
Character Shoes (if applicable): Black Split Sole Jazz Shoes
Tuition: Two Installments of $475
